Service Agreement & Recurring Credit Card Payment Authorization
This End-User Service Agreement (“EUSA”) is a legal agreement between (a) licensee (“End-User”, “Customer”, “You” or “Your” as defined in the service order linked to this agreement) and (b) Business Growth Solutions LLC an Illinois based firm whose address is 1501 E Woodfield Rd Suite 103E, Schaumburg, IL 60173 ("Business Growth Solutions", or “BizGrowthSol.com”, or “Service Provider”, “We,” or “Our”).
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE, BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, OR BY UTILIZING THE SERVICES (DEFINED BELOW), YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND BIZGROWTHSOL.COM AND SETS FORTH THE TERMS THAT GOVERN THE LICENSE PROVIDED TO YOU HEREUNDER. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT. ANY CHANGES, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS BY YOU TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE A PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES.
Capacity and Authority to ContractCUSTOMER represents that you are of legal age of majority in your state of residence and, if applicable you are duly authorized to enter into this contract.
Description of ServicesSERVICE PROVIDER is a Certified Accounting Firm which offers sale and support for various major accounting products and software services (SaaS) which also include:
TermThis EUSA is effective unless terminated and is valid for the period of the term as defined in the service order linked to this agreement
PaymentPayment shall be made to Business Growth Solutions LLC (Schaumberg, IL). The charge on the CUSTOMER statement will appear as Business Growth Solutions.
QuickBooks Solutions ProviderSERVICE PROVIDER is affiliated partner with Fishbowl Solutions, LLC, a QuickBooks Solution Provider, a Utah limited liability partner (“Fishbowl”) member of the QuickBooks Solution Provider Program.
Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. used with permission under the QuickBooks Solution Provider Program.
Limited LiabilityThe parties understand and agree that SERVICE PROVIDER and its employees, subcontractors, and its agents assume no liability or responsibility for the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment, software, or personal property, including intellectual property lost or damaged, either current or arising in the future, or any consequential damage of any nature incurred as a result of the services rendered to the CUSTOMER.
Right to refuse, suspend or terminate serviceSERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user for any reasons related to the improper or illegal use of services or products. In the event of such refusal or termination, a refund for the time remaining will be made on pro-rata basis and will be credited to the CUSTOMER account within 72 hours of termination.
TransferThis agreement is non-transferrable without the prior agreement of SERVICE PROVIDER. The new end-user receiving the transferred agreement must agree to all EUSA terms.
Privacy PolicyThe Business Growth Solutions LLC (Schaumberg, IL) Privacy Policy which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions is incorporated here by reference (https://bizgrowthsol.com/privacy-policy/). If you have not yet reviewed by the Privacy Policy, then please do so prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that beyond the Personal Information identified in the Privacy Policy, any information or data disclosed or sent to Business Growth Solutions LLC over telephone, electronically or otherwise, is not confidential or proprietary to you. The data shared with us will be 100% safe and secure. Once the job is complete your data will be deleted from our server, and we will not be able to provide a copy of it in future.
Refund PolicyThe Business Growth Solutions LLC (Schaumberg, IL) Refund Policy which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions is incorporated here by reference (https://bizgrowthsol.com/return-refund-policy/). If you have not yet reviewed by the Refund Policy, then please do so prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any service or products that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
Entire AgreementThe EUSA is the entire agreement between the CUSTOMER and SERVICE PROVIDER, and it supersedes all prior, oral, or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to service provided by this EUSA.

Recurring Card Payment Authorization
Please Sign and complete this form to authorize Business Growth Solutions [www.bizgrowthsol.com] to make regularly scheduled charges to card details provided at www.bizgrowthsol.com for the amount (in USD) for each billing period as mentioned in the service order mentioned below. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your credit card statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.
